Tuesday morning classes: 10:30am

Tuesday evening Brusketta Stone classes: 6:00pm (learn some words of Italian while you cook)

Same class in the morning and in the evening, choose the one that best fits your schedule.

January 24th - Focaccia bread! Come and learn how to make this classic and wonderful bread.

January 31st - Meat Tortellini in wonderful broth! Learn how to roll your dough and shape it like Tortellini.

February 7th - Sweet potato GNOCCHI with 3 cheeses sauce

February 14th - Montebianco Meatloaf: My family's wonderful recipe of this unique meatloaf covered in cheese and potatoes! Unique! Delicious! Wonderful!

February 21st - Ravioli with Salmon and Ricotta: The most delicious ravioli in the world!

February 28th - Focaccia bread! Come and learn how to make this classic and wonderful bread.

Thursday evening classes: 6:00pm

January 19th - Panini!! 2 different types of bread filled with the most popular Italian Panini ingredients!

January 26th - Sweet potato GNOCCHI with 3 cheeses sauce

February 2nd - Traditional Lasagna: Don’t forget the deliciousness of a good piece of grandmother's Lasagna.

February 9th - Bruschette e Crostini!! Get crazy and creative in this delicious class with all different toppings.

February 16th - Cannoli alla Siciliana: Come and make cannoli from scratch and fill it with fresh ricotta.

February 23rd - Montebianco Meatloaf: My family's wonderful recipe of this unique meatloaf covered in cheese and potatoes! Unique! Delicious! Wonderful!

Saturday morning classes: 11:00am

February 4th - Homemade Spaghetti with meat ragout! Fun, easy and unique pasta class!

March 20th: Crostini e bruschette. Get crazy and creative in this delicious class with all different toppings.

March 27th: Cannoli alla Sicialiana. Roll, shape, fry and fill your Cannoli! Fun class!

April 3rd: Tiramisu della Signora Marcella. The most wonderful Tiramisu recipe in the world.

April 10th: Chicken marsala and Chicken cacciatore. Not one but two wonderful recipe! Good deal!

April 17th: Tortellini in broth! Learn how to roll your dough and shape it like Tortellini!

April 24th: Cannelloni with meat and mushrooms. A Delicious pasta dish. Come and make it yourself!

April 7th: Salads!! Pasta salad, Bread salad, Fantasia salad. Celebrate the sun and your future garden!!!!
