Come with me to Italy, to Viterbo in the Lazio region, close to Tuscany and Umbria. For a week you’ll be part of my world of classic gastronomic experiences and new culinary adventures. We’ll go together to see how prosciutto is made, how olive oil is processed, how Italians walk and shop in the market and how Italians cook; because we’ll be making a lot of dishes from scratch! Learn how to make Fettuccine, lasagna, gnocchi, biscotti or ciambelline, or just how to eat a flower!
We will visit villas, cities, lakes and museums, while discovering the ingredients for our cooking classes. We will eat in the most authentic Italian restaurants and taste the most flavorful wines offered by their local producers!
We want to pamper you while offering you a complete experience. You and seven others will be our guests in an historic family villa.
